The Program of Economic Informatics and Finance Accounting at Bedër University College developed the training on the topic "Professional training, a bridge between the university and the labor market" within the extracurricular activities provided by the department for this academic year.
Invited to hold this training was Mrs. Silvana Gerxhani, expert with 15 years of experience in the banking sector and founder of the consulting center "DD Business Solutions". First, the center's focus was presented and how it aims to connect students to the labor market. The main goal of the training was to complement the knowledge gained during studies with practical skills that align more with the labor market, integrating specifics from the banking sector.
In the last part, the students were introduced to the main departments of a bank and the soft and technical skills required by each of them and ended with a free discussion.
