On January 13, 2025, at 17:00, in auditorium A203, the Research Center for Sustainable Development and Innovation organized the open lecture titled “Communicating Ideas,” delivered by Mr. Alban Bala, a communication expert with over 30 years of experience. The lecture, attended by graduate students from the Department of Communication Sciences and the Department of English Language and Literature, focused on the importance of ideas as the most valuable resource for sustainable development and change. He argued that ideas do not exist in isolation but gain meaning within the social and strategic contexts in which they are applied, fostering action, consensus, and progress. Mr. Bala emphasized that continuous and mindful engagement with ideas is essential to avoid their superficial consumption. The discussion included the importance of flexibility in planning, measuring outcomes, and adapting ideas to new social and technological realities. It was noted that the success of an idea is determined by how effectively it is communicated and implemented.
